The Challenge
The brand had 12 active SKUs and was running 3-4 campaigns per year -- seasonal flavors, retail promotions, social content refreshes. Each campaign traditionally meant a new shoot: location scouting, set builds, product styling, a crew of 4-6 people, and a week of post-production. At $700-800 per final image, the content budget was eating into margin.
The Approach
We brought all 12 SKUs into a controlled studio environment for a single product capture session. Each can was photographed with precise, repeatable lighting -- capturing the actual materials, reflections, and label details at high fidelity. From that single session, we composited each product into AI-generated environments: outdoor wellness scenes, bar and nightlife settings, recovery-focused lifestyle moments, and clean retail-style shots. Every environment was built to match the brand's visual identity.

Traditional Approach
- 3 location shoots per year
- $700-800 per final image
- 2-3 week production cycle
- Weather and scheduling dependencies
- Re-shoot required for new flavors
AI Studio
- 1 studio capture session
- $180 per final image
- 5 day turnaround
- Unlimited environment variations
- New SKUs added without reshooting
The Result
18 production-ready lifestyle images delivered in 5 days. The brand now has a library of product captures that can be dropped into any new environment -- seasonal campaigns, retail displays, social content -- without scheduling another shoot. When a new flavor launches, it's a single studio session and a few days of compositing, not a full production cycle.
The Challenge
With 8 SKUs and a growing retail footprint -- Whole Foods, Target, Walmart -- the brand needed imagery that showed their bottles in real food contexts. Wings, grain bowls, tacos, BBQ spreads, breakfast plates. Traditional food photography meant a food stylist, a prop stylist, a photographer, and a full production day for each food context. At $600-800 per final image, the math didn't work for the volume they needed.
The Approach
Each bottle was photographed once in controlled studio lighting -- capturing the glass, the label, the sauce color and viscosity through the bottle. We then composited each product into AI-generated food environments: the bottle sitting next to a plate of wings, placed on a cutting board with fresh ingredients, featured in a taco spread, positioned in a clean retail display context. The bottle is real. The environment is generated around it.

Traditional Approach
- Food stylist + prop stylist per shoot
- $600-800 per final image
- Full production day per food context
- Perishable ingredients = no second chances
- New retail partner = new shoot
AI Studio
- 1 studio capture, all 8 SKUs
- $180 per final image
- 6 day turnaround for full set
- Unlimited food context variations
- New contexts generated on demand
The Result
20 food lifestyle images across the full product line, delivered in 6 days. The brand now has the flexibility to generate new food contexts whenever they need them -- a holiday recipe series, a retail partner co-branded display, a social campaign around a specific cuisine. The product capture is done once; the environments are limitless.
The Challenge
The brand launches 4-6 new flavors per year, and each one needs a full content suite: product hero shots, lifestyle imagery for social, in-context photos for the DTC site, and retail-ready assets. Their brand identity is built on aspirational lifestyle moments -- gym bags, desk setups, afternoon breaks, post-workout recovery. Every flavor launch meant a new round of location scouting, model coordination, and 2-3 week production cycles. They were spending $700+ per image and still couldn't keep up with the content calendar.
The Approach
We captured all 6 SKUs in a single studio session -- wrapper textures, foil details, the actual chocolate interior on a break shot. From there, we built lifestyle composites: a bar peeking out of a gym bag with AirPods, arranged on a clean desk next to a laptop, held mid-bite in an afternoon break moment, stacked in a pantry shelf display. Every scene was calibrated to the brand's color palette and visual tone.

Traditional Approach
- Location scouting + model casting per launch
- $700+ per final image
- 2-3 week production per flavor launch
- Limited to available locations/models
- Content backlog grows every quarter
AI Studio
- 1 studio session, all 6 SKUs
- $200 per final image
- 6 day turnaround
- Any lifestyle context, any time
- New flavors added in days, not weeks
The Result
22 lifestyle images delivered in 6 days. The brand's content team now has a system: when a new flavor launches, they ship the product, we capture it, and within a week they have a full content suite ready for social, DTC, and retail. No more production bottlenecks. No more choosing between "launch fast" and "launch with good content."
The Challenge
Each seasonal drop -- Spring/Summer, Resort, Fall/Winter, Holiday -- required a full campaign shoot: model casting, location scouting (rooftop terrace for summer, industrial loft for fall), hair and makeup, wardrobe styling, and a crew of 8-10 people. A single day of on-model photography was running $8,000-12,000 before post-production. With 4 collections per year and 6-10 hero looks per collection, the brand was spending $140,000+ annually on campaign photography alone -- and still couldn't produce enough lifestyle imagery for their DTC site, social channels, and email campaigns.
The Approach
We photographed each garment on a dressed model in a controlled studio -- capturing the actual fabric drape, texture, fit, and movement under precise lighting. The real garments on real models, shot once. From that single capture session, we composited each look into AI-generated lifestyle environments: a sun-bleached Mediterranean terrace for the resort collection, a moody Brooklyn brownstone interior for fall, a candlelit holiday dinner setting, a bright SoHo sidewalk for spring. Every environment was built to match the brand's editorial tone -- the garment is real, the world around it is generated.

Traditional Approach
- Model casting + HMU + styling per collection
- $750+ per final campaign image
- $8K-12K per shoot day, 4x per year
- Weather-dependent location shoots
- 2-3 week turnaround per collection
AI Studio
- 1 studio session per collection
- $165 per final campaign image
- 7 day turnaround, all deliverables
- Any season, any location, any mood
- Re-composite for new campaigns instantly
The Result
32 campaign-ready lifestyle images across all four seasonal collections, delivered in 7 days per drop. The brand cut annual photography spend from $140K to under $32K while tripling their content output. New colorways and late additions no longer mean rebooking a full production -- it's a studio session and a few days of compositing. The creative team now spends their time art-directing environments instead of managing shoot logistics.
